Mr. Suketh Kodimyala, Founder & Managing Director of Suketh Infracon, embodies a rare blend of engineering expertise, strategic leadership, and an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit. With a strong academic and corporate background, he brings to the table a multidimensional perspective that bridges the technical, financial, and operational facets of real estate development

A graduate in Civil Engineering from the prestigious Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune, Suketh began his career with hands-on experience at My Home Bhooja, one of Hyderabad’s landmark residential projects. This early exposure gave him a ground-level understanding of the real estate lifecycle—from planning and design to large-scale execution. His academic research on consumer behavior and real estate marketing was later published in the International Journal of Advanced Science and Technology, highlighting his analytical depth and thought leadership.

Driven to understand the financial backbone of global enterprises, Suketh transitioned into banking with ICICI Bank. Starting at the Nariman Point branch in Mumbai, he managed portfolios of Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), including some of India’s most renowned business families. Recognized for his integrity and foresight, he quickly rose through the ranks and went on to become Global Head – NRI Re-KYC Operations, leading compliance strategies across the US, UK, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. At a remarkably young age, he directed a cross-border team of over 1,200 professionals, introduced digital-first compliance models, and earned accolades for delivering transformative impact on a global scale.

Despite his success in the corporate world, Suketh’s first love has always been building. Guided by a vision to redefine real estate with integrity, innovation, and excellence, he founded Suketh Infracon. Under his leadership, the company is not just creating structures but shaping communities that embody trust, sustainability, and long-term value. Every project reflects his belief that real estate should improve lives and stand the test of time.

About the Director

Ms. Lalitha Kodimyala, Co-Founder and Director at Suketh Infracon, is a dynamic strategist, digital transformation specialist, and emerging voice in modern entrepreneurship. With a foundation rooted in innovation, leadership, and global experience, she brings a future-forward mindset to the real estate industry, blending creative insight with operational excellence.

Ms. Kodimyala holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Digital Marketing from the highly regarded FLAME University, Pune, where she cultivated her foundation in brand communication, digital analytics, and consumer insight. During her academic journey, she interned with FoxyMoron, Mumbai, where she worked on marquee brands such as Manyavar and Mohey—laying the groundwork for her deep understanding of market behavior and storytelling.

 

Her entrepreneurial spirit came to life when she co-founded QuickBrew Digital Solutions, a digital marketing consultancy focused on empowering small and medium businesses with strategic growth solutions. As Head of Strategy, she managed multiple client portfolios, building impactful campaigns that merged creativity with commercial growth.

 

Taking her expertise further, Ms. Kodimyala joined Schbang Digital Solutions, Mumbai, as a Senior Solutions Strategist, where she led end-to-end digital strategy and execution for major national brands including Fiama, Godrej Professional, and Ashok Leyland. Her work resulted in measurable performance—boosting customer engagement and brand visibility through meticulous planning and execution.

 

To enhance her leadership and project execution capabilities, she pursued a Master’s degree in Project Management from Nottingham Business School (Nottingham Trent University), UK, graduating with a Distinction, First-Class Honours. During this time, she also served as a Team Lead in a live consultancy project with a UK-based business, applying real-world strategy, risk management, and stakeholder leadership.

With a rare combination of creative vision, structured project execution, and international experience, Ms. Kodimyala brings a bold yet thoughtful approach to her role at Suketh Infracon. Her leadership is deeply rooted in empathy, integrity, and innovation—ensuring that every project the company undertakes not only meets market needs but enriches the lives it touches.
